Getting involved with the print group that I did basically came down to good fortune. I happened to be in an amazing area for the arts and a coworker of mine helped put me in touch with a guy she new. Just so happened that he was the head of this long-standing group and decided to show me a couple things. A lot of broken English and Japanese between the two of us proved to be difficult, but by no means any match for hands on learning. Soon enough I was exchanging with prints with the group and now I'm entering in my 4th year being involved.
